Donc voici a continuation le descriptif du programme:

Multilingual Speaking Clock est un programme gratuit qui transformera votre ordinateur en une horloge parlante capable de dire l'heure dans 25 différentes
langues. Vous pouvez le programmer pour annoncer l'heure dans un intervalle régulier.
L'horloge possède aussi une fonction alarme qui peut être configuré pour vous avertir des rendez vous ou moments importants de votre journée. L'alarme
peut jouer n'importe quels types de fichiers sons.
Multilingual Speaking Clock présente une interface comprenant un écran ressemblant à un LCD. L'écran affiche l'heure, la date et le jour de la semaine.
Vous pouvez personnaliser l'affichage en sélectionnant la taille des caractères.

Multilingual Speaking Clock is a freeware program that turns your computer into a speaking clock, capable of telling you the time on over 30 different languages!
You can set it to automatically announce the time in regular intervals.
The clock also features an alarm that can be set to remind you of important events. The alarm can play any sound file, or you can select from four inbuilt
sounds.
The interface is all-graphical with a screen resembling an LCD, which shows time, date and day of week. You can customize the display by selecting a big
or small mode, remove the title bar and make the buttons transparent.
When minimized, the clock resides in the system tray. With simple clicks you can get it back on screen or announce the time.

Many different languages
Using sampled speech, Multilingual Speaking Clock can tell you the time in over 30 different languages. American English, Germand and French are installed
automatically. If you want more languages, just

Une fois sur la page nommé:
Download languages for time announcements
il sufit de choisir sa langue puis validez sur un des deux lien nommé:

Il son 30 langues, mais par defaut il vient incorporer automatiquement les trois langues suivantes :
Anglais Américain, Allemand et Français

pour les autres langues il faut consulter le lien sousmentionner ci-dessus.

Une fois télécharger la langue de votre choix, il suffit de faire entrée dans le .exe, puis l'installation commence!

Et maintenant voici Speaking clock, son mode d'emploi, fait par mes soins!
Speaking clock, mode d'emploi.
Compatible avec notre copain Jaws for Windows.

Pour lancer le programme il faut valider avec le racourcis situé sur le bureau nommé :
"talking clock"
Faire menu contextuelle, pour avoir les options suivantes :
Speak! = Ctrl+Alt+S
quand l'application est ouverte, si les racourcis il sont active.
Alarm setup... = Ctrl+A
Settings... = Ctrl+S
Help... = Ctrl+H
Big display cocher
Small display
About... = o
Want more features? = w
Minimize to tray = i
Exit = x

pour paramétrer l'application il faut valider sur :
Settings... = Ctrl+S
Faire tabulation pour ateindre chaque champ...
Settings
Display

Display Windowless (no title bar) = cocher
Display 24 hr format = non cocher
Display Always on top = cocher
Display Transparent buttons = non cocher
Update frequency
100 (msec)

Il y a un bouton nommé graphique 481,
donc il faut faire un coup avec la barre d'espacement pour le lancer
aide en anglais !!!

Options

OptionsStart clock with Windows = cocher
Options Start minimized in tray = non cocher
Options Show program in taskbar = cocher
Options Enable global shortcut = cocher
for speech (Ctrl-Alt-S)
Il faut le cocher pour faire marcher les racourcis clavier de l'application !
Une fois finis avec la configuration faire tabulation pour ateindre le bouton nommé :
OK
On peut faire Cancel pour sortire ou annuller la configuration.

Pour configurer l'alarm, valider sur :
Alarm setup... = Ctrl+A
Alarm settings
Alarm Announce
Alarm on = cocher
Faire tabulation
Il y a deux champs
une pour l'heures, et l'autre pour les minutes
Faire fleche haute ou bas pour faire le changement .
Une fois tabulation, il y a deux bouton radio cocher,
tanto pour mettre l'alarm en
AM ou PM
Faire tabulation, pour cocher la case
Announce time every = cocher
Faire de nouveau tabulation pour avoir la case nommé:
Announce.
Donc avec les fleches haute ou bas, il faut sélectionner a quelle intervale on fait activer l'alarm.
Moi j'ai choisi chaque 30 minutes.

Pour mettre une heur definit a une alarm
Soit on met l'heure en :
AM ou PM
c'es des bouton radio cocher.

Hour Minute
12 00 30 minutes

Comment mettre une alarm avec un son.
Une fois que nous avons mit l'heure et les minutes a une alarm, il faut faire tabulation, pour ateindre le champ nommé:
Sound Sound interval
Faire fleche haute pour placer un intervale entre les sonnerie
Par défaut il est sur le
0 seconds
Moi j'ai mit 2 seconds
ensuite avec la fleche haute on peut monter jusque 60 seconds
c'est a dire une minute.
Faire de nouveau tabulation...
Le nom de l'alarm par défaut est :
System beep
Donc on peut la changer, avec les fleche bas.
Il y a cinq.
Ont peut mettre une autre, pour cela se placer sur
Wave file...
S'aider avec la touche de tabulation.
Wave file
Fichier wave...
Browse...
parcourire...

Pour tester la sonnerie, faire tabulation pour ateindre le graphique704:
options alarm graphique 704.
valider...
On ècoute la sonnerie choisie.
Faire de nouveau tabulation.
options alarm Announce the time before playing the sound = non cocher
faire tabulation pour ateindre le bouton nommé
Help
Faire tabulation pour valider sur le bouton nommé:
OK
ou
Cancel
Pour annuller la configuration.

A savoir que la voix anonce le temp chaque trente minutes...
et que l'alarm avec la voix prédéterminer annonce le temp programer.
Une fois que l'alarm sonne, une boîte de dialogue s'ouvre, la quelle dit que notre alarm demander est ariver, puis il faut valider sur le bouton OK; afin de l'arrêter.
Le son de l'alarm dure jusqu'au moment que nous validerons sur le bouton ok.

On trouve sur la barre des tâches la datte puis l'heure...
On peut lancer le programme depuis la barre des tâches si apparait.

Pour placer une langue, autre que la langue par défaut installer.
Par exemple
British English (male)
Valider sur le fichier nommé :
british_english_male.exe
Une boîte de dialogue s'ouvre pour demander une confirmation pour l'installe.
Dire oui.
Une nouvelle boîte de dialogue s'ouvre...
Joindre curseur Jaws a PC, pour valider sur instal buton
ou sur abort bouton , pour quitter l'instal.
Atendre quelques secondes
Ensuite il dit language instaler with success
Il faut quiter le programme puis le relancer de nouveau pour mettre a jour les paramètres.
